Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sattvik Spark. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, contact us at contact@sattvikspark.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns must be sent to our business address in Malaysia, which will be provided upon contacting us.

Return Process:

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges:

For a faster resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
